You may be wondering what an in-person training session will look like:

I will wear a mask for the duration of our session
all of my own equipment will be sanitized with bleach wipes between clients
equipment includes kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, medicine ball, matts, airex pad, + speakers
is just that. I come to you, whether you have your own gym or space in your kitchen. I bring enough tools to get a very effective workout in a limited amount of space.

No gym? No problem. I work out of 2 private training studios in San Francisco, that we can use together.
